Our Board of Directors is made up of dedicated volunteers whose shared vision is to create a community where mental health is prioritized, stigma is broken down, and every individual can find the support they need.

Blair Skinner, LMFT

Blair brings over two decades of expertise as a LMFT in Colorado. Her leadership experience is extensive, including serving as Board President and Executive Board Member of the Broomfield Early Childhood Council, where she helped shape early childhood mental health initiatives. Blair has also contributed as newsletter editor for the Colorado Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. Her deep clinical knowledge and nonprofit leadership make her a vital force in guiding MHANCO’s mission and growth.

Blair holds an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Human Development and Family Studies and English from Colorado State University. Blair is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and has advanced training in trauma-informed care and EMDR therapy.

Chan Timmons, BS

Chan brings a unique blend of business acumen and heartfelt dedication to mental wellness. With a career rooted in strategic growth and client-centered service, and as the CEO of FreedomChoice, Chan combines his extensive experience in business management and healthcare with a heartfelt mission to help others heal and thrive.

As a well-respected leader in his own organization and the community, Chan is driven by a genuine passion to make mental health support accessible, effective, and empowering for all. His leadership style emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and innovation, making him a vital force in advancing MHANCO’s goals and impact.

Chan earned a BS in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing, Management and Real Estate.

Lizzy Wagner, LPC

Tisha Jackson is a valued member of our mental health nonprofit’s leadership team, bringing her expertise as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. With a strong background in trauma-informed care and wellness coaching, Tisha is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to healing and resilience.

In addition to her clinical work, Tisha plays a key role in cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with partner organizations and stakeholders, including Carelon, Anthem, and CCHA. Her collaborative approach helps strengthen community connections and expand access to quality mental health services.

Lisa Griffiths, PsyD

Lizzy Wagner is Owner and Clinical Director of Green Mountain Counseling. With a strong background in clinical therapy and nonprofit finance, Lizzy brings both compassionate care and financial expertise to the team.

Her experience in supporting individuals through life’s challenges, combined with her skills in budgeting and resource management, ensures our nonprofit remains both financially healthy and mission-focused.

Lizzy is passionate about providing access to mental health care with innovation and excellence. She specializes in betrayal trauma and complex trauma and is a Brainspotting consultant, EMDR and Neurofeedback provider, as well as a Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist.

Co-Founder / Policy Chair

Lisa brings extensive experience in public policy, advocacy, and community engagement. With a strong background in shaping policies that promote equitable access to healthcare and social services, Lisa is passionate about driving systemic change to improve mental health outcomes.

Her expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and building collaborative coalitions empowers the organization to influence meaningful policy advancements. Lisa’s strategic vision and dedication to social justice make her an essential leader in advancing MHANCO’s mission.

Lisa earned her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver and is the owner and Clinical Director at Center for Valued Living and Alpine Assessments.
